Jessica Simpson Post Breakup Workout Routine

Everyone knows that girl who kind of lets herself go a bit during a relationship...well lately that is what Jessica Simpson has been known for doing. But as soon as the relationship heads south so does the number on her scale. Sure she does receive more than enough criticism about her weight, poor girl... everyone goes through struggles with their weight, unless maybe you are Gisele Bundchen! But one thing is for sure Jessica can sure get back to her Daisy Duke body in no time especailly with the help of her trainer Harley Pasternak!

Jess has been seen out and about lately coming & going from the gym and hitting the pavement. According to reports she is shedding pounds with Pasternak's 5 Factor Fitness plan, which requires her to workout 5 days a week for up to 45 minutes a day doing a combo of cardio and strength training.

"For her diet Jess sticks to 3 meals a day (300 calories each) and two snacks (200 calories each) for a total of 1,300 calories a day. Jess loves her Mexican food-dieters can have 1 cheat day a week."
