Heidi Montag/Pratt's Workout Plan...

I wouldn't say I'm a very big Heidi fan...especially b/c of her creepo husband but the girl does have a great body even if most of it is surgically enhanced ;)

So for those of you who are Heidi fans or just want to rock a body like hers she is revealing how she got into shape for her spread in Playboy magazine. Heidi says she trained for 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week with her trainer Chad Waterbury. Mrs. Pratt and her trainer have released a downloadable series which features full body conditioning exercises executed as rapidly as possible, "so you burn fat faster,: says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights with Heidi to give her body "a hard look with a feminine shape"

As for her diet Heidi stays away from "white" foods (carbs) and stays full with lean protein including steak, green veggies, berries and apples.

You can purchase the Heidi's fitness plan form her trainer for $19.95 which includes a 51 page program of Heidi's exercises and a sample meal plan.
