Britney Brunette again...what do you think??

Well it worries me just a bit the Brit went back to Brunette...nothing wrong with Brunette's...I'm a Brunette and proud of it. But usually when Brit goes Brunette it either means she is prego again or she is going crazy! I hope neither...hopefully she just wanted a change. I still love her either way! What do you think of Brit's new do???

Madonna's sexy work out secrets...

I have mentioned before that Madonna has quite the body for a 50 year old!! I mean she has quite the body for any age...she beats out most 20 somethings!! So to make sure her dance crew for her sticky and sweet tour can keep up with her she sets them up with a trainer to copy some of her favorite work out moves. Here is a peak at some...

1. Resistance Bands - use instead of weights since they are great for traveling. Do five sets of 10-15 reps.

2. Push-ups - 250 push ups a day (Wow 250 a day!! No wonder her arms look like that!!)

3. Chest Press - 5 sets of 5-10

4. Jump Rope - 1 minute on, 1 minute off to elevate heart rate and burn calories.

5. Knee-Highs- Jog in place, lifting your knees as high as possible. Do 10 minute sets, one minute on, one minute off.

Do at least 30 minutes of heart-healthy cardio five times a week says Harley Pasternak, who's trained Halle Berry and Jessica Simpson. try cycling, running, in-line skating, and stair climbing, which all have thigh and calf sculpting payoffs.

To Target hamstrings:
Lie faceup on floor with arms at sides, palms down and calves on top of a stability ball. Engage abs and roll ball towards body with heels, lifting hips. Once heels are on top of ball, slowly roll back to start, lowering body to floor. Do 20 reps; 3 sets.

Keep Mascara FRESH!

If your mascara thickens when it reaches the end of the tube just place the closed tube in some warm water. This will help to make the mascara thinner. Never add water to the tube because bacteria can form.

Personally I can be very lazy when it comes to taking my make up off late night... especially after a few glasses of wine and a long night out with friends! My go to solution is just like they said make up wipes! I keep a travel pack in my purse and I always have a full pack stashed in my bathroom. They are so convenient and easy to use...you can even take off your make up while laying in bed! Trust me I have done that many times :)

Teri Hatcher still has an amazing body at 44! I hope that when I'm her age I look the same!! So how does she do it??? Teri says she does 30 minutes of cardio and strength training each day.For her diet she fills up on oatmean and chicken stir fry. But every girl needs to indulge now and then and teri is no exception to the rule he choice treat is potato chips!

Well if that's all I need to do to keep looking good into my Cougar days then people better watch out ;)

The latest rage in Japan...Talk about Beauty is a Pain!!

So I got this email this morning from a friend of mine with the supposedly new rage of fashion in Japan. Crazy shoes!!! When I say crazy I mean CRAZY!!! To me they are a cross between a ballet slipper (the ones special for the prima ballerinas) and Stripper shoes. I mean these look like the most painful pair of shoes you could ever come across! Wow...do you think they will make it over to the US anytime soon...lol
