He developed this exercise to work Angelina Jolie's butt and obliques. Add this move to your exercise routine so you too can look like Angelina.

The exercise: Twisting lunge

A. Stand with feet parallel, arms at sides. Take a large step backward with left foot.

B. Turn so your upper body faces all the way to the left, and pivot both feet so your left foot faces forward and your right foot faces out (heel of left foot is perpendicular to right). Lower hands toward floor over left leg, being careful to keep left knee in line with left ankle. Pivot back to center and repeat on opposite leg. Do 12 to 15 reps; switch sides.

I own Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets workout and I must say the guy knows what he is doing. That gave me some of the best Ab workouts I have ever done! So I would trust anything he says. Plus he is responsible for some of the hottest bodies in Hollywood!

Personally I wouldn't spend $145 on a tank top...so thank god for Forever 21! They carry a similar tank you can pick up for only $11.80!! Now that's my kind of tank ;)

Review: Clinique Even Better

Unfortunately after quiet a few years being out in the sun even my olive tone skin still has some sun damage...and I'm only 27! Boo... But I have been on the look out for a product that will help even out my skin tone. So I did some research on what the new hot product was and came across Clinique Even Better and here is my review...

What Clinique says:

"Now you can virtually undo the visible signs of past sun damage, dark patches, age spots, even acne scarring. Starting in just 4 weeks.
... a lightweight serum that gently creates-for all ethnicities- a notably more even complexion with a brightness and clarity you thought long gone."

What I say:

After 4 weeks of applying the serum twice daily...one in the morning before putting make up on and one in the evening before I went to bed, I really didn't notice much of a difference. They provide you with a skin tone card and you are suppose to compare from day one until the end of 4 weeks...especially with any dark spots you are focusing on. It comes in a pretty small bottle and cost $40. (So there is barely a 4weeks supply and it is pricey.) It definitely left my skin feeling smooth after I put it on. It is a great primer for foundation! But I also have very sensitive skin, so I am prone to breakouts...and yes this did make me break out. I know some products work better for some than others so I am not saying this product is a total failure it just didn't work well for me. I am very disappointed because I was really excited to try it out especially since it was a beauty award winner! Maybe if I used a bit more of the serum each day it would have worked better but then it definitely wouldn't have lasted me 4 weeks. So overall not the best skin tone corrector but a great foundation primer!

Hmmmm...I do see something missing here. I can't believe that Maybelline Great Lash is not listed!! Make small eyes look bigger with white eye liner. Line the inner rim of the lower lashes with a white eye liner pencil. Sweep a light pink or silver shadow on the inner corners of the eye.

Tips for Soft Skin...

Go easy on the skin care products if your facial skin is dry or sensitive. If your skin feels dry rough and flaky when you touch it then it needs extra tender loving care. Be sure to moisturize in the morning and before bedtime to keep your skin soft and smooth and to protect it against the additional loss of moisture. Use a cream cleanser to remove make up and dirt at night. And take warm showers instead of hot ones. Lots of hot water can drain moisture out of your skin and leave it itchy and dry. Be sure to use moisturizing lotion after bathing.
