Strike a pose...A Yoga Pose that is...

Yoga is definitely my go to exercise when it comes to stress and tension it does wonders for your body! It is also a great exercise to tone your muscles. Madonna is a die hard Yogi and come on she is 50 years old and has a great body! Check out her arms!!
