A Safer Squat...


" For a sculpted butt, toned thighs, and a stronger back, squats are your go-to move. They work nearly every major muscle group in your body at once. Do them with a weighted bar and they're even more effective.

Problem is, squats can also put pressure on your knees, and that can cause pain.

A study published in The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research offers a simple fix: Instead of using the old-school technique (resting the bar on your back), hold it in front of your shoulders. "
