I have mentioned before that Madonna has quite the body for a 50 year old!! I mean she has quite the body for any age...she beats out most 20 somethings!! So to make sure her dance crew for her sticky and sweet tour can keep up with her she sets them up with a trainer to copy some of her favorite work out moves. Here is a peak at some...
1. Resistance Bands - use instead of weights since they are great for traveling. Do five sets of 10-15 reps.
2. Push-ups - 250 push ups a day (Wow 250 a day!! No wonder her arms look like that!!)
3. Chest Press - 5 sets of 5-10
4. Jump Rope - 1 minute on, 1 minute off to elevate heart rate and burn calories.
5. Knee-Highs- Jog in place, lifting your knees as high as possible. Do 10 minute sets, one minute on, one minute off.
