Pump up the volume for a max burn...


The only way I can put in an effective sweat session is if I have my I-pod blaring with all my favorite jams ;)

Well according to studies I'm not the only one this works for...

"Listening to music boosts your endurance...When subjects listened to upbeat music, they exercised 15% longer than when they sweated in silence. Synchronizing with tunes may stimulate euphoria-inducing endorphins and interfere with body signals that communicate fatigue and discomfort to the brain..."
