Removing eye make-up can be a real PAIN...especially with the oily make-up removers that run into your eyes! Well my best friend actually uses baby shampoo to remove all of her make-up. Her step mom was constantly getting eye infections from the removers she was using so her doctor told her to start using baby shampoo b/c it will easily remove your make-up, isn't oily and is very gentle on your eyes and skin! So she relayed the info to my best -friend who relayed the info to me :) I have used it many times before and it works great! Plus it's cheap!
