Mandy Moore Proactiv with Fighting Acne

Proactive the widely celebrity endorsed acne fighting product has now taken on Mandy Moore as their newest spokesperson. The actress/singer tells her story in a new Proactiv commercial, where they show before and after photos of Mandy's acne. I always thought Mandy Moore had great skin especially because she used to be a spokesperson for Neutrogena...but this just shows that acne can happen to anyone and at any age!

I will say I used Proactiv for years as well as many of my friends and it worked better than any other product! Jessica Simpson Post Breakup Workout Routine

Everyone knows that girl who kind of lets herself go a bit during a relationship...well lately that is what Jessica Simpson has been known for doing. But as soon as the relationship heads south so does the number on her scale. Sure she does receive more than enough criticism about her weight, poor girl... everyone goes through struggles with their weight, unless maybe you are Gisele Bundchen! But one thing is for sure Jessica can sure get back to her Daisy Duke body in no time especailly with the help of her trainer Harley Pasternak!

Jess has been seen out and about lately coming & going from the gym and hitting the pavement. According to reports she is shedding pounds with Pasternak's 5 Factor Fitness plan, which requires her to workout 5 days a week for up to 45 minutes a day doing a combo of cardio and strength training.

Heidi Montag/Pratt's Workout Plan...

I wouldn't say I'm a very big Heidi fan...especially b/c of her creepo husband but the girl does have a great body even if most of it is surgically enhanced ;)

So for those of you who are Heidi fans or just want to rock a body like hers she is revealing how she got into shape for her spread in Playboy magazine. Heidi says she trained for 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week with her trainer Chad Waterbury. Mrs. Pratt and her trainer have released a downloadable series which features full body conditioning exercises executed as rapidly as possible, "so you burn fat faster,: says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights with Heidi to give her body "a hard look with a feminine shape"

As for her diet Heidi stays away from "white" foods (carbs) and stays full with lean protein including steak, green veggies, berries and apples.

The Beckhams Even Share a Brow Expert!

So they say that after time a lot of couples begin to resemble one another (I know they say that about dogs and their owners too but we won't even get into that topic...lol). Well David & Victoria Beckham aka Posh are defiantly two beautiful human beings and I wouldn't exactly say that they look like brother and sister but there have been many reports of their identical beauty routines and now reports are they even share the same brow expert, Anastasia!! So before long who knows we may have a hard time telling them apart :) LOL

An "Insider" tells Life & Style Magazine...

One thing I know for sure is it isn't crazy to hear that a couple goes to the same brow expert...my sister and her ex-boyfriend use to see the same brow expert too!! The funny thing with them was that their eyebrows looked a little too similar and they really were begining to look like brother and sister. LOL (Her brow expert's name is Wafa...my sister swears she is the best and has done wonder for her and a bunch of her friends brows.)

Britney is definitely back! Especially her body! I swear every time a new photo is posted of her in a bikini her body is looking even better than before! These pictures were posted late last week...I believe they are at a photoshoot she was doing.
I used to have a DVD of her concert(Dream within a Dream Tour...I'm a slave for you days) that I would play while I worked out to inspire me to keep going and one day I may just have abs like hers! Well... I still don't have those abs but neither did she for the past few years but it looks like they are starting to show again and before we know it they could be back!!! At the rate she is going they may be back by the time I see her in concert Sept 8th!!
