Kim K Goes Back To Her Roots

Well Kim's Blonde locks didn't last very long. Kim recently posted on her Twitter account a final Blonde pic of herself and told fans & "followers" ... "I'm going back to black everyone!! Take one last look while you can."

Not long after she was spotted on the streets of Beverly Hills with her famous Raven locks.

By the way I swear this isn't turning into a Kim K fan site the girl is just everywhere and it's always beauty related. But I still do admire her style ;)

We will never forget...

I can't believe it has already been 8 years. I remember it like it was yesterday...I was in college and sitting in my 9am American History class and little did we know that at that moment one of the largest Terrorist attacks in American History was taking place... some people were talking about the first plane crashing into the World Trade Center but still had no idea as to what was truly going on. As soon as class was over at 10:30 I got a call from a friend of mine who I normally meet each day after class and he was frantic telling me the whole story of what had just happened. Moments later the entire college campus was evacuated and for the remainder of the day I was glued to the TV watching the story unfold... Today is a day of remembrance for all of those who were lost and all of the Heroes that stepped forward that day. God Bless America! 9/11/01

Lauren Conrad is on the cover of Shape Magazine looking quite fit and trim...sure they probably airbrushed a bit but probably nothing compared to the Kelly Clarkston cover...Lauren has worked hard for her body and it shows. She shared some of her stay slim secrets with Shape magazine...

Lauren like many girls out there gained a few pounds while dating her new boyfriend Kyle Howard something about new love just packs on the pounds. Now Lauren works out with her man...

"We like doing outdoor stuff: tennis, bike riding, kayaking, stand up surfing, hiking in the canyons of LA"

Make your workout Fit You!
Lauren is a busy girl with her new "affordable" clothing line coming out and doing a book tour for her new book L.A. candy...(which I really want to read, I love books like that they are my #1 guilty pleasure.) so Lauren needs a workout to fit her needs. With the help of her trainer Jarett Del Bene, she came up with a DIY workout routine.

"Basically it's a circuit routine I can do anywhere-in my hotel room when I'm traveling or at home in my living room." says Lauren. "There are just five moves: squats, sit ups, push ups, couch dips-where I balance on the edge of a couch and lower my hips, then press up-and planks. I do 20 reps of the first four moves, then hold the plank for 20 seconds. I go through the entire circuit routine six times. No equipment required."

Curb your Cravings
Lauren is focused on eating healthier these days. She gets plenty of fruit, her favorites are watermelon and grapefruit; organic salad greens; and lean protein like turkey, tuna, and beans.

"I've found when all I'm eating is really fresh, healthy foods, I stop craving pizza burgers."

Food is my biggest weakness if I could only eat good I would have a six pack for sure!

Man I hate those, I always feel like I have to send them or I will get bad luck! But I hate sending them out. E! reality stars Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett & Kourtney Kardashian are gracing the cover of US weekly and showing off their matching Baby Bumps. All I have to say is I love watching both of them on TV but watching them be Mom's is going to be even crazier! Ooohhhh I just can't wait... :)

Kendra & Kourtney both tell US weekly that they plan on having a nautral birth and are going to try breast feeding despite their implants. And it looks like both fathers are going to be in the delivery room but are both hesitatant if they want to watch the baby...lets just say...enter this world!


Lets see if these two can get back into shape after having their babies. Both are known for great bodies so we will have to wait and see.....
